Site Engineer

Site Engineer Birmingham Permanent 50,000 Package BPSS Security Clearence Required We are seeking a motivated and technically capable Site Engineer to join our Clients Construction Project Delivery team. Reporting to the Project Manager or Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day engineering management of allocated works, ensuring construction activities are delivered safely, accurately, on programme, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards. Acting as the key link between design teams, site operations, subcontractors and project management, you will provide technical support throughout the construction process, helping to drive right-first-time delivery and successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Carry out setting out, dimensional control and surveying activities using Total Stations, GPS and other surveying equipment. Review engineering drawings, specifications and technical information, raising RFIs and resolving technical issues as required. Ensure works are delivered in accordance with Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality standards and project specifications. Complete quality inspections, maintain accurate records and produce as-built documentation. Support the delivery of health, safety and environmental objectives through risk assessments, method statements and safe systems of work.
