Site Engineer Commercial Building Maintenance Southwark, London Salary: 50,000Working Hours:Monday to Friday - 8 am to 5 pm GH Engage is partnered with a leading commercial maintenance provider who are seeking an Site Engineer to be based in the Southwark, London. The successful applicant will have a demonstrable history in commercial building maintenance and facilities, as well as relevant Electrical Engineering qualifications. Duties as Site Engineer:Delivering maintenance to the landlord areas of 2 x high-end residential towers.Single-man site though there is an engineer on the site next door + an apprentice to assist you.Managing sub-contractors; raise quotations, raise purchase orders.Strong and effective communication with the client; answering client queries and complaints.Computer literacy and timely communication. Site Engineer - Requirements:5 years of experience in maintenance engineering roles (electrical/mechanical).Experience ensuring compliance; familiar with industry standards for health and safety, and excellence.Supervisory or Lead Engineer experience; strong leadership and communication skills.Engineering qualifications; Electrical level 3 or equivalent.
