Site Engineer

Site EngineerGlasgow / Edinburgh / Fife First People Solutions are currently recruiting for experienced Site Engineers to join a growing civil engineering and construction team delivering a range of civil infrastructure projects across the Central Belt. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious engineer with at least 2 years'' experience who is looking to develop their career within a well-established and forward-thinking contractor.More experienced or senior-level candidates will also be considered. The role will involve supporting the successful delivery of projects on site, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities:Setting out and surveying works on siteEnsuring works are delivered in line with drawings and specificationsSupporting site management with day-to-day project deliveryMaintaining accurate site records and QA documentationLiaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider project teamPromoting health and safety standards across site activities Requirements:Minimum 2 years'' experience in a setting out / site engineering roleDegree in Civil Engineering or equivalentExperience using setting out equipment such as Trimble, Leica, or TopconCompetent in surveying and setting out on live construction sitesStrong communication and organisational skillsFull UK driving licence What''s on Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageLong-term career progression opportunitiesExposure to a variety of ..... full job details .....
