Site Engineer

The project involves the refurbishment of 10 docks within a naval base, requiring strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards. The role focuses primarily on RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) and ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans) rather than traditional setting out. Key Responsibilites: Develop, review, and implement Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS). Prepare, manage, and update Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) in line with project requirements. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. Liaise with the project management team, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure works are carried out in line with approved procedures. Monitor progress, report on quality and safety performance, and maintain accurate records. Support the project team in delivering works to time, budget, and specification. Ensure all documentation is compliant with contractual and regulatory standards. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Engineer on major civil engineering or marine infrastructure projects.
