The successful candidate will be responsible for setting out and engineering duties across a range of residential and commercial groundwork projects, ensuring work is delivered accurately, safely, and to programme. Key Responsibilities Carry out all setting out duties for groundworks and civil engineering projects. Interpret construction drawings and extract setting out information directly from CAD models and drawings. Use surveying equipment, including Leica TS16 total stations , to accurately set out works. Verify line and level throughout construction. Produce and maintain accurate site records, surveys, and as-built information. Liaise with site management, clients, and subcontractors to ensure works are completed to specification. Identify and resolve engineering issues on site.
