Key ResponsibilitiesPerform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on materials handling equipmentDiagnose faults and carry out mechanical and electrical repairsComplete accurate service reports, job sheets, and timesheetsManage and control on-site parts stock effectivelyBuild strong customer relationships, ensuring service delivery meets contractual expectationsLiaise with the After Sales team to provide updates, ETAs, and repair progressIdentify and complete chargeable repair workEnsure full compliance with health and safety regulationsIdentify and pass on sales leads for equipment and aftersales servicesAct as a professional company ambassador at all times Occasional call-out and overtime work may be required.
