Site Engineer

Graduate Civil Engineer – Civils & Infrastructure
Location: Leicester
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a motivated Graduate Civil Engineer to join a well-established subcontractor operating across the civils and infrastructure sector. Based in Leicester, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on a range of projects, including Section 278 schemes, drainage, highways, and groundworks packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning and delivery of civil engineering projects across multiple sites

• Support senior engineers and site managers with technical duties

• Carry out site surveys, take measurements, and assist with setting out

• Help ensure all works are delivered safely, on time and within budget

• Liaise with clients, local authorities, and subcontractors where required

• Maintain accurate records, drawings and reports

Requirements:

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline

• Strong interest in civil infrastructure and groundworks

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A willingness to travel to various sites in and around the Leicester region

• Full UK driving licence preferred
