Site Engineer

Site Engineer - Nottingham

We are seeking a Freelance Site Engineer with experience using GPS equipment to provide short-term support on a new build housing development. The role will involve checking and setting out specific levels on site to ensure accuracy across key elements.

Responsibilities

• Use GPS equipment to check and verify:

  • Finished Floor Levels (FFL)

  • Door thresholds against correct FFL

  • FFL screed levels

  • FFL plank heights

• Provide accurate setting out and reporting back to site management.
• Ensure all works are delivered in line with design specifications and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer on housing or construction projects.
• Competent in using GPS equipment.
• Strong understanding of setting out and FFL measurements.
• CSCS card required.
• Available to start immediately for short-term cover.
