We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Site Engineer to join a major highways scheme in Norwich. This is a long-term contract opportunity on a significant infrastructure project with a strong focus on quality assurance and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting out and surveying works in accordance with design drawings

  • Managing and completing quality assurance documentation and ITPs

  • Carrying out inspections and maintaining accurate QA records

  • Ensuring works are delivered in line with project specifications and standards

  • Liaising with the site management team, subcontractors, and client representatives

  • Supporting site teams to maintain programme and quality targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Site Engineer on highways or heavy civils projects

  • Strong background in QA processes, documentation, and inspections

  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications

  • CSCS card (essential)

  • Experience with setting out equipment and surveying software preferred
