Site Engineer

Freelance/Contract Site Engineer required for 9-month project in Shipston-on-Stour.

You will working on a large supermarket building, setting out for sub-contractors, checking QA and providing technical assistance when required. You will be working closely with a site based Project Manager. You will be working for the main contractor. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile retail development from groundworks through to completion.

This will be doing a new build supermarket Unit. Setting out for foundations, steel frame, drainage, and external works.

- Managing and maintaining QA documentation
- Conducting site surveys and ensuring levels and measurements are correct
- Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and the project team
- Ensuring works are completed in line with specifications and programme
- Monitoring Health andamp; Safety compliance on site
- Resolving technical issues and providing engineering support


Payment can be made via Limited company as this vacancy is deemed outside IR35, or via CIS.
