      <description>Location: City | Salary: 50000.00-50000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Job Title: Site Engineer (Industrial and Hotel Projects)Location: Manchester, North West (with all Projects in the North West region)Salary: 50,000 to 60,000 + 5k Car Allowance + PackageThe RoleSite Engineer responsible for setting out works on engineering works on Industrial, Care Home and Hotel projects across the North West ranging between  1m to 10m.Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications For this role you must possess the following; 3 years + experience as a setting out on civils projects in the UKDutiesCarry out accurate setting out in line with drawings and specificationsInterpret technical drawings and site plansEstablish grid lines, levels, and reference pointsConduct site surveys and maintain accurate recordsLiaise with Site Managers, subcontractors, and design teamsEnsure works are delivered to quality and design standardsIdentify and resolve technical issues on siteMonitor subcontractor works and progress against programmeEnsure compliance with health and safety proceduresOperate surveying equipment including total stations and GPS systemsContacts to Apply: Sam Hunter - Associate Director: (phone number removed) Cameron Lally - Senior Resourcer: (phone number removed)</description>
