Are you an experienced Site Engineer with strong highways experience across drainage, earthworks and road construction?
A leading Tier 1 contractor is looking for a Site Engineer to join a major highways project in Hampshire on a freelance basis.
The Role
You''ll be responsible for supporting the delivery of key civil engineering works, with a strong focus on drainage, earthworks and road build, alongside the coordination and management of subcontractors on site.
Key responsibilities:
·Setting out and surveying for drainage, earthworks and road construction
·Supporting the delivery of highways and civil engineering works
·Managing and coordinating subcontractors
·Completing QA, ITPs and as-built records
·Working closely with Site Management and the wider engineering team
·Ensuring works are delivered safely, accurately and to programme
Requirements
·Proven experience as a Site Engineer on major highways projects
·Strong experience across drainage, earthworks and road construction
·Experience managing and coordinating subcontractors
·Strong setting-out and surveying skills
·CSCS
·Relevant civil engineering qualification
