      <description>Location: Buckinghamshire | Salary: &amp;pound;350 - &amp;pound;375/day | Type: Contract | Carmichael UK is working with a leading  Tier 1 contractor  delivering the  HS2 project in the Aylesbury area . We are seeking an experienced  Site Engineer  to support the delivery of major civil engineering works on this high-profile scheme. The Role You will work as part of the site engineering team, supporting the safe and accurate delivery of works across the project. This role will suit a Site Engineer with experience on major infrastructure or civil engineering projects. Key Responsibilities 	 	 Setting out and surveying works in line with drawings and specifications 	 	 	 Supporting day-to-day site engineering activities on HS2 works 	 	 	 Producing and maintaining as-built records and quality documentation 	 	 	 Ensuring works are delivered safely and to the required quality standards 	 	 	 Liaising with subcontractors, supervisors, and the wider project team 	 	 	 Supporting inspections, permits, and site records 	  About You 	 	 Proven experience as a  Site Engineer  on major civil engineering or infrastructure projects 	 	 	 Experience on  HS2 or major rail projects  is desirable but not essential 	 	 	 Good understanding of setting out and site engineering processes 	 ...</description>
