Conduct quality control checks and maintain accurate site records. Assist with the supervision and coordination of subcontractors on site. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project specifications and quality standards. Requirements Valid CSCS Card. Previous experience as a Setting Out Engineer, Site Engineer, or Engineering Surveyor. Minimum 3 years'' UK in RC Frame and Groundworks, including Basement Construction. Competent in using Leica TS15/16 total station. Proficient with surveying instruments and experienced in setting out. Good understanding of method statements, risk assessments, QA procedures, and site documentation. Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
