The role will involve taking responsibility for the delivery and control of site works across both self-delivered and subcontracted packages, ensuring works are completed safely, accurately and in line with programme and quality requirements. Key Responsibilities Carry out setting out and dimensional checks across site activities Maintain accurate survey records and produce as-built drawings Read and interpret engineering drawings, including earthworks, drainage and reinforcement Maintain detailed daily site records and site diaries Validate allocation sheets and site documentation Manage specific site operations and coordinate subcontractors Monitor progress against the construction programme Provide input into weekly programmes and short-term schedules Produce Works Package Plans, Method Statements and Risk Assessments Produce and brief Permit to Dig documentation Deliver daily activity ...
