Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Technical and Site Ops: Coordinate labour/plant/materials for the works; ensure compliance with drawings/specs, ITPs, RAMS, permits; keep accurate records. Safety: Conduct level-1 investigations; implement lead toolbox talks; assure permit compliance. Site Briefings: Prepare and deliver daily briefings/toolbox talks; update for method/permit changes; record attendance/actions. Procurement: Translate needs into specs; raise/expedite orders; manage deliveries/off-hire/returns; administer subcontracts. Quality: Draft/execute ITPs for ground engineering works; arrange tests/witnesses; raise/manage NCRs; compile QA handover packs and elaborate QRP s.... Permanent
