With over 12 months of work, this role is a good opportunity for a long-term freelance position. The successful candidate will have previous experience working with Setting-out, surveying and quality assurance (QA), as well as an extensive background working in Civil Engineering. As Site Engineer - you will: Have experience in Civil Engineering schemes that include earthworks. Provide levelling and surveying across the site, checking drawings and quantities and ensuring the accuracy of calculations. Have experience with GPS machine guidance/control and QA. Issue permits and method statements. Our client requires a Site Engineer with: Valid CSCS and experience in both setting-out and surveying. A good understanding of Trimble or Leica. Excellent communication skills. HND/HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering. Experience working with earthworks, piling and culverts.
