Site Engineer - Major Commercial DevelopmentLocation: London Bridge, Central LondonEmployment Type: PermanentPositions Available: TwoProject Value: Approximately 100mProject Type: New-build office developmentSalary: Competitive salary and package The RoleTwo Site Engineers are required to support the technical delivery of a major 100m new-build office development in Central London.The successful candidates will provide engineering, setting-out and quality-control support from the early structural stages through to completion. They will work closely with the Site Managers, design consultants and subcontractors to ensure construction is delivered accurately and in accordance with the project information. Key ResponsibilitiesUndertake setting out and surveying across the project.Establish, check and maintain site control.Verify line, level and dimensional accuracy.Review construction drawings and identify technical discrepancies.Coordinate technical matters with designers, consultants and subcontractors.Raise, monitor and close out RFIs.Complete inspections and maintain accurate QA documentation.Produce as-built surveys and construction records.Support temporary-works planning and coordination.Monitor subcontractor work against drawings and specifications.Assist with concrete, structural-frame, drainage and external-works packages.Ensure technical information is available ahead of construction activities.Support Site Managers and the wider project-delivery team.Promote safe ..... full job details .....
