The initial assignment is expected to last at least six months, with a substantial pipeline of additional packages due to commence across several nearby sites. The programme includes: Civils and groundworks supporting a major new build project Roads, footpaths and external works Drainage and underground services Concrete slabs and foundations Enabling and remediation works Additional smaller civils packages across the wider estate Responsibilities will include: Setting out and surveying Checking drawings, levels and technical information Producing accurate site records and as built information Completing QA documentation and inspection records Monitoring subcontractor and direct labour works Supporting the Project Manager and site management team Identifying technical and design issues Ensuring works comply with specifications and site procedures We are looking for: An e...
