We are seeking a Site Director who is passionate about managing a unique 250-acre coastal estate, ensuring an exceptional environment for our shareholders, guests, and visitors. This role offers the chance to work within a supportive team culture and make a real impact on the future of our distinctive location.Day-to-day of the role:Oversee the operational management of the beach complex, including the private beach, sea defences, lakes, and grounds.Manage the business activities and ensure the upkeep of the 250 acres.Develop, manage, and control the company''s income and expenditure in line with agreed business plans and budgets.Recruit and manage staff according to budgetary requirements, ensuring all company HR procedures are carried out.Maintain compliance with Health and Safety, food safety, and other regulatory requirements.Prepare monthly financial reports and operational reports as requested by the Board.Attend Board meetings and general meetings of the shareholders, preparing necessary documents.Plan grounds work and projects to coincide with the seasons.Work with environmental agencies and neighbouring landowners on collaborative projects for the enhancement of the site.Enforce beach rules adherence by shareholders and users of the beach.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience ..... full job details .....
