Site Coordinator Role OverviewWe are recruiting for a Site Coordinator to join a major renewable energy and construction industry project on a contract basis. This Site Coordinator opportunity is ideal for an organised and proactive professional who enjoys working in fast-paced site environments, coordinating key administrative activities, and supporting project teams to deliver safe and efficient operations.The Site Coordinator will act as a central point of contact between site teams, contractors, suppliers, visitors, and project stakeholders, ensuring smooth day-to-day site administration and coordination. This Site Coordinator role offers the opportunity to contribute to large-scale projects within the renewable energy industry and wider construction industry. Responsibilities
- Act as the central administrative point of contact for site personnel, visitors, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, workforce logistics, and crew changes.
- Collect, verify, and distribute project reports, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain personnel records, training certifications, and site databases.
- Organise meetings, prepare minutes, and support day-to-day site administration.
- Manage visitor logs, reception duties, and general site communications.
- Support office supply management, purchase orders, and budget administration where required.
- Promote compliance with site health, safety, and environmental procedures.
- Previous experience in a Site Coordinator, Project Administrator, Office Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project environment.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, renewable energy, or similar project-based industries is desirable.
- SAP knowledge and experience with project reporting systems would be advantageous.
