      <description>Location: Stoke-on-Trent | Salary: &amp;pound;30000 - &amp;pound;32000/annum | Type: Permanent | Site Chemist Stoke-on-Trent Up to -32,000 DOE Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm   We''re recruiting for a Site Chemist to join a leading waste management company in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a great opportunity for someone with a Chemistry or Environmental Science degree and experience within the waste management industry to develop their career with a growing business.   The Role    Manage the safe handling, storage, and processing of waste materials.  Prepare hazardous waste for treatment and onward disposal.  Ensure compliance with environmental legislation and site permits.  Maintain accurate waste documentation and full traceability.  Promote high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.    About You    Degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.  Experience within the waste management industry.  Previous Site Chemist experience is desirable.  Good understanding of Health &amp; Safety procedures.  IOSH and FLT licences are advantageous but not essential.
