Site Caretaker

Site Caretaker required on a temporary basis to work 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday, between the hours of 6am - 6pm. Pay per hour will be -15.67.

Please do not apply for this position if you do not hold an Enhanced DBS certificate, which must be dated no more than 3 years ago.

Duties:

• Security and supervision of the site and equipment
• Portering duties
• Cleaning and maintenance
• All other school keeper, caretaker, site keeper tasks

Benefits:

• -15.67 per hour

Experience required:

• Previous caretaking, school keeper, site keeper experience is desirable
• Multi-trades, maintenance, repairs, plumbing, electrical, painting and decorating experience will be highly considered
• Current enhanced DBS check
