This is a varied role and would suit someone who enjoys being hands-on and taking responsibility for making sure things are looked after properly. The majority of the role will be based at our Gillingham premises, with driving required for exhibitions, client visits and events, as well as occasionally helping with van movements and deliveries. Main responsibilities Site & Caretaking General day-to-day caretaking of the premises Emptying bins and keeping communal and external areas clean and tidy Carrying out basic repairs and maintenance Identifying maintenance issues and either dealing with them or reporting them Meeting and assisting contractors when required Helping with deliveries and general site requirements Making sure the building is secure at the end of the working day Locking up the premises and carrying out final checks Generally keeping an eye on the site and dealing with things that need attention Exhibition Bus Driving the LFS exhibition bus...
