Site CAPEX Controller

Wolviston Management Services are recruiting on behalf of Tioxide Materials Ltd for a Site CAPEX Controller to join their team at the Greatham site. This is a key role providing coordination, control and governance across the site capital investment programme, supporting an annual CAPEX portfolio of approximately $10m $25m. Reporting to the Site Financial Controller, you will work closely with Finance, Engineering, Project Management and the wider Site Leadership Team to ensure capital expenditure is accurately planned, controlled, forecast and reported throughout the full project lifecycle. Job Purpose The Site CAPEX Controller will provide oversight of capital project expenditure and implementation, ensuring effective project governance, stakeholder engagement, cost reporting and compliance across the site capital portfolio. The role will be responsible for supporting the development of annual and longer-term capital plans, maintaining accurate financial forecasts, monitoring project expenditure and ensuring projects are delivered in line with Tioxide project governance and GATE processes.
