Overview

Site Based Security Engineer role at Cento. Location: London (static site). This is a site-based role with Monday to Friday work (40 hours per week). The site includes enterprise-level security systems with occasional overtime when required and no callout rota.Base pay and benefits

Provide reliable, courteous, and effective service at all timesMaintain professional standards of communication and presentation on siteEnsure service visits are closed/updated via the helpdeskDeliver consistently high levels of performance with a flexible and positive approachAdhere to company policies, procedures, and management systemsUndertake any additional duties required to deliver excellent service to the clientResponsibilities (Site-Based)

Day-to-day service, maintenance, and support of integrated access control and security systems (C-Cure, Gallagher, Synergy)Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and project works as requiredCarry out planned preventative maintenance and testingSupport the security infrastructure across the site to ensure compliance and uptimeLiaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth system operationWhat you''ll need

Must hold or be able to achieve DV (Developed Vetting) with minimum SC clearanceProven experience working with enterprise-level security systemsKnowledge of C-Cure, Gallagher, and SynergyOrganised, methodical, and able to work independently on a static siteStrong customer service and communication skillsFlexible, proactive, and team-orientedEducation/Experience

Previous experience in a security service engineering role (site-based or enterprise environments)Familiarity with complex, integrated security systemsAbility to troubleshoot and repair access control and related systemsAdditional knowledge of CCTV, networks, or perimeter detection desirableSeniority level
