Site Based Project Manager

About youIf you are an experienced Project Manager who enjoys having real ownership of a project, this could be a very good next move for you.You will be site based on a £10m new build cancer treatment facility in Brighton, taking responsibility for the project from start to finish. It is a sizeable and technically interesting scheme, covering everything from the initial new build and £2m civils package through to the final fit out.You will need to be confident dealing with the client, making decisions on site and keeping the project moving without needing someone looking over your shoulder. There will be a visiting Contracts Manager for support, although you will be the person accountable for the day to day delivery of the project.The role is paying around £60,000 to £70,000 plus package, with the opportunity to stay with the business beyond this project as they have further work coming through across the South.Your experienceYou will need a strong track record as a Project Manager, ideally having delivered multi million pound construction projects from start to finish.You will need:• Experience managing multi million pound new build projects• Experience taking projects from pre construction through to completion• Strong programme management skills, including the ability to amend and manage the programme• Experience working with clients and being confident in a client facing role• Strong IT skills and the ability to use relevant project management software• CSCS Card• ..... full job details .....
