Site Based M&E Maintenance Engineer

The Company:
A global FM and property management company.-

The Role:
You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of M&E building services for a healthcare facility in Chester.

You will also be responsible for carrying out general PPM''s .
You will be part of a 2 man team working on-opposites of the shift pattern below .
This is a-2 week shift pattern on a 42 hour week ,
Week 1 : working - Mon, Tues , Sat ,Sun . (4 Days)
Week 2 : working - Weds ,Thurs, Fri . ( 3 Days)
12 hour days 6am - 6pm-

The Person:
It is essential that you have experience of working in a client facing maintenance role and that you are either a qualified Electrician with 18th edition OR a-Mechanical Engineer with the relevant qualifications.

The Salary:
Salary is up to -41,000 + OT +-20-days holiday and 3%/5% pension.
