      <description>Location: Headington | Salary: &amp;pound;45000 - &amp;pound;47000/annum 24 Days + 3/5%  Pension | Type: Permanent | We are recruiting a site based HVAC maintenance engineer to support the M&amp;E services maintenance at a brand 7 storey building in Oxford. This role forms part of a team of two engineers—one mechanical and one electrical —providing PPM, reactive maintenance, and engineering support across a live healthcare environment. The successful candidate must be an experienced engineer with proven HVAC knowledge.   Key Responsibilities   Technical Maintenance  Working day shifts - 8 hours, Monday to Friday, you will deliver planned and reactive maintenance across HVAC plant including chillers, AHUs, and air conditioning systems. Carry out isolation, reset, and make safe procedures. Oversee commissioning and mobilisation as the site goes live. Receive full training on specialist NHS and healthcare?specific equipment.   Operational Duties  Work closely with the Lead FM and fellow engineer to maintain all building systems. Support performance targets for PPM and reactive SLAs.
