The successful candidate will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of electrical building services systems, ensuring full compliance with healthcare standards and maintaining a safe, operational environment for patients, staff, and visitors. This is a site-based role (no mobile travel), supporting critical healthcare infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:  Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Carry out PPM tasks in accordance with contract schedules, HTM guidance, and SFG20 standards Electrical maintenance including: LV distribution systems Distribution boards and sub-main circuits Lighting and emergency lighting systems UPS systems and standby power systems Generators and associated controls Isolators, contactors, relays, and control gear Small power and containment systems Fire alarm interface awareness Basic BMS operation and interrogation Associated building services support: Electrical fault finding on mechanical plant and HVAC controls Motors, pumps, AHUs...
