Duties are typical according to the roles: Leading on-site activities Manage subcontractors and offer liaison between respective trades Assist in the delivery of works to programme time, budget and completion Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to and met Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders alike Oversee performance targets and quality control Identify, assess and action risks and opportunities Administer contracts and cash flow to final handover Act as commercial and contractual point of contact to clients and stakeholders Provide regular reviews into performance, standards, progress and budget Applicants are required to have proven, solid experience working in a relevant specialist-groundwork/structural alternations-environment, as a subcontractor on large scale commercial projects.
