Site and Project Manager groundworks/cut and carve asap

Experienced site and project managers are required asap for Central London sites,-for a leading groundwork/structural alternations/cut and carve subcontractor.

Duties are typical according to the roles:

• Leading on-site activities
• Manage subcontractors and offer liaison between respective trades
• Assist in the delivery of works to programme time, budget and completion
• Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to and met
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders alike
• Oversee performance targets and quality control
• Identify, assess and action risks and opportunities
• Administer contracts and cash flow to final handover
• Act as commercial and contractual point of contact to clients and stakeholders
• Provide regular reviews into performance, standards, progress and budget

Applicants are required to have proven, solid experience working in a relevant specialist-groundwork/structural alternations-environment, as a subcontractor on large scale commercial projects.

In addition, excellent organisational and communication - written and oral - skills are required along with first-rate leadership qualities.

Possessing relevant SMSTS qualifications you be proactive, motivated-and hands-on, and confident managing subcontractors, site teams and-stakeholders alike.
