Site and Operations Administrator - Stoney Stanton

At Saint-Gobain Structural Solutions we are looking for a Site and Operations Administrator to join our team based in Stoney Stanton.

The Site and Operations Administrator will support the smooth flow of orders from production paperwork through to delivery and invoicing. This role is office based on site Monday - Friday.

What we''re looking for:

* Experience in an administrative, production, despatch or customer-support environment
* Good attention to detail and confidence working with order, delivery and invoice information.
* Able to organise competing daily priorities and meet operational deadlines.

What you will be doing:

* Providing accurate and timely operational administration
* Helping colleagues and customers receive timely information and effective resolutions
* Ensuring production and dispatch teams have the accurate, timely information and documentation needed to fulfil customer orders safely and efficiently

Desirable:

* Previous experience in manufacturing, construction products or distribution
* Experience of ERP, order-management or invoicing systems
