Site and Facilities Supervisor Location: Saffron Walden, EssexSalary: £31,000 per annumJob Type: Full-Time, PermanentWorking Pattern: Full-time, including weekends on a rota basisAbout the Role We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and hands-on Site and Facilities Supervisor to join their team based in the Saffron Walden area.This is an excellent opportunity for a practical, organised and motivated individual with a background in facilities maintenance, site management, engineering or general building maintenance.Our client is looking for someone who can take ownership of day-to-day site maintenance, supervise a small team and ensure that buildings, grounds, equipment and facilities are maintained to a high standard.This is a varied, hands-on position where no two days are the same. The successful candidate will be confident managing workloads, solving problems and working alongside their team to ensure tasks and projects are completed safely and efficiently.Key Responsibilities Supervise, support and coordinate a small team of maintenance and facilities staff. Allocate daily tasks, organise workloads and ensure maintenance activities are completed efficiently. Manage and prioritise ongoing maintenance requirements, repairs and site improvement projects. Carry out general building maintenance, repairs and upkeep across the site. Oversee the maintenance of site infrastructure, utilities, drainage systems and facilities.
