Our client based on the outskirts of Bedford are currently recruting for a site agent/caretaker on an ongoing temporary basis.- The hours would be Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (some flexibility maybe required).- An enhanced DBS is essential as you would be working with young adults.
The role will involve:-
- Undertaking basic repairs
- Ensuring the site is secure
- Supervising cleaning and waste disposal
- Performing routine maintenance checks
- Co-ordinating with external contractors
Required for the role:-
- Valid Enhanced DBS
- Transport due to location
- Physically fit
- Basic DIY skills
