Collaborating with, and drawing on the specialist skills of the group''s business units we deliver a truly integrated, multidisciplinary service.We''re looking for an experienced Site Agent to join our growing Energy business, supporting the successful delivery of major National Grid transmission and substation projects across the UK.As a Site Agent, you will take ownership of the safe, efficient and commercially successful delivery of a major section of works, multiple work packages or a principal construction operation within a substation environment. You''ll provide visible leadership on site, coordinating engineering, construction, supply chain and quality teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standards.This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering critical energy infrastructure projects that will support the UK''s transition to a more sustainable future.About youYou''ll be a proactive and confident construction leader with a strong background in large-scale civil engineering or energy infrastructure projects.
