Site Agent Water Sector Location: West MidlandsRate: £400 per day CISContract: Freelance / Long-term ContractSector: Water / Utilities / Civil EngineeringStart Date: ASAP About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Site Agent to join a major water sector project in the West Midlands, working on behalf of a leading civil engineering and utilities contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of works on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, to programme and to the required quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Agent with a strong background in water, utilities or civil engineering looking for a long-term freelance opportunity. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day delivery of construction activities on site. Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with the construction programme. Manage site activities in line with approved RAMS, drawings and specifications. Coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractor resources. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager. Liaise with the client, designers, engineers, subcontractors and other stakeholders. Ensure all works meet the required quality standards and project specifications.
