The project consists of converting a highways and a 278 scheme with a bridge structure. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a significant infrastructure project that will positively impact the local community. Role and Responsibilities: As the Site Agent, you will play a vital role in the successful execution of the project. Your responsibilities will include: Project Oversight: Take charge of the day-to-day management and supervision of the construction site, ensuring that all works are carried out safely and efficiently. Subcontractor Management: Coordinate with subcontractors and provide clear guidance to ensure that project milestones and deadlines are met. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain strict quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards are achieved throughout the project. Health and Safety Compliance: Uphold rigorous health and safety standards, keeping the site hazard-free and promoting a safe working environment for all team members. Client Communication: Regularly liaise with the client, providing updates on project progress, addressing any concerns, and maintaining a positive working relationship.
