To support delivery of the enabling civils phase, a Tier One contractor is looking to hire both a Site Agent and a Sub-Agent on a long-term temporary basis. The immediate focus is a large-scale bulk earthworks package to construct the substation platform, including associated haul roads and drainage works. Delivery will be undertaken by a specialist earthworks subcontractor, so the requirement is for candidates experienced in managing subcontractors, maintaining programme performance, and driving safe, efficient site operations. These are hands-on delivery roles suited to individuals comfortable operating out on site rather than purely administrating from the side-lines.
