Job Title: Site Agent Job Type: Fixed-term contract until 31/12/2028 Start Date: ASAP Salary: 55,000- 65,000 + 5,750 car allowance Location: Snowdonia Working Arrangements: Full-time, onsite Hours: 45 hours per weekThe RoleWe are seeking an experienced Site Agent to lead and manage construction activities on a major project, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme, specification, quality and commercial requirements.Working closely with the Project Manager, you will take responsibility for coordinating site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
