Site Agent

My client are a specialist civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Site Agent to help deliver a major water infrastructure scheme in Bournemouth, with an immediate start available. This is an excellent opportunity to join a complex project involving caisson shafts, auger boring, sheeted pits, and associated heavy civil engineering works.

Site Agent Responsibilities:

• Toolbox talks
• Client liaison
• Stakeholder liaison
• Health and safety compliance
• Ordering materials
• Managing day-to-day site operations
• Supervising subcontractors and site teams
• Managing the delivery of caisson shafts, auger bores, sheeted pits, and associated civils works
• Ensuring works are delivered on programme and to specification
• Managing site documentation, RAMS, permits, and temporary works
• Overseeing quality control, inspections, and as-built records
• Supporting the Project Manager with programme delivery and client reporting

Site Agent Requirements:

• Black or Gold CSCS
• SMSTS
• Previous experience managing water infrastructure or water treatment schemes
• Experience delivering caisson shafts, auger boring, sheet piling/sheeted pits, deep excavations, or other specialist trenchless/tunnelling works
• Strong civil engineering background
• Knowledge of temporary works procedures would be advantageous
• IT literate
• Full UK driving licence
