Site Agent Responsibilities: Lead and manage the safe, efficient, and successful delivery of HDD tunnelling works on site. Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered in accordance with programme, budget, quality, and health & safety requirements. Manage Site Engineers,-providing technical support and leadership throughout the project. Ensure all HDD drilling, shaft construction, pipe installation, and associated civil engineering works are completed to specification. Produce, review, and manage project documentation, including RAMS, ITPs, programmes, permits, and Technical Queries (TQs). Site Agent Requirements: Previous experience working as a Site Agent on HDD, tunnelling, trenchless technology, or major civil engineering infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of Horizontal Directional Drilling, shaft construction, utilities, and heavy civil engineering works.
