We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to join a leading civil engineering contractor delivering infrastructure projects across North Devon.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term contract role on a portfolio of civil engineering schemes, working within an established delivery team on projects involving highways, drainage, infrastructure and environmental works.

The Role

 - Managing day-to-day site operations
 - Leading site teams and subcontractors
 - Planning and coordinating works programmes
 - Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
 - Liaising with clients, stakeholders and commercial teams
 - Managing quality, HSEQ and project documentation
 - Supporting project reporting and progress meetings

Requirements

 - Previous experience as a Site Agent within civil engineering
 - Strong understanding of NEC contracts
 - Experience delivering infrastructure, highways, drainage or environmental projects
 - SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred
 - Strong communication and leadership skills
