The successful candidate will have a strong civils background with experience working in a Self delivery Sub contractor environment. Rate: £500- £550 CIS / LTD - Outside IR35 Duties Include: Direct Resource Management: Coordinate and allocate in-house labour, plant, and materials to maximise daily site productivity. Commercial and Cost Control: Track daily operational costs, plant hire, and material usage, and record scope variations Programme Delivery: Drive short-term operational schedules (e.g., 3-week look-aheads) and monitor daily output in line with the main contractor''s master programme. Strict Safety and Compliance: Enforce site-specific health and safety protocols (RAMS, daily briefings, inductions) and ensure all direct operatives comply with industry regulations.
