The successful candidate will have a Rail background with experience working for a PC or Tier 1 main Contractor ** Rate: -500- -550 CIS / LTD - Outside IR35 ** Duties Include: Subcontractor and Engineering Staff Management : Oversee Specialist Subcontractors and in-house Site / Section engineers Commercial & Cost Control: Track daily operational costs, plant hire, and material usage, and record scope variations Programme Delivery: Drive short-term operational schedules (e.g., 3-week look-aheads) and monitor daily output in line with the main contractor''s master programme. Strict Safety & Compliance: Enforce site-specific health and safety protocols (RAMS, daily briefings, inductions) and ensure all direct operatives comply with industry regulations.
