This role is -600 - -650 a day PAYE, inside IR35. The successful candidate will be working for Tier 1 main Contractors in Joint venture for a number of years. You will have experience in Drainage, earthworks or Structures As a Site Agent , you will be a cornerstone of the project''s success. You aren''t just managing a site; you are driving the construction strategy. You will balance technical engineering oversight with commercial acumen and team leadership. Core Responsibilities 1. Strategic Planning & Pre-Commencement Strategy: Assist in defining the construction strategy and leading kick-off meetings.
