      <description>Location: Cardiff | Salary: &amp;pound;500 - &amp;pound;550/day LTD outside IR35 | Type: Temporary | We have an exciting opportunity for a Freelance Sub or Site Agent to work on a rail station upgrade Project in Cardiff, Wales for 2-3 years   As a Sub / Site Agent you will be working on Civils, with Buildings/Architecture, &amp; MEP elements     Duties will include:   Managing Section Engineers and 50% subcontractor management, 50% Self delivery   Planning, forecasting and delivering work  Liaising with clients and stakeholders  Developing programmes, Risk assessments, Quality assurance.  Managing design, NCRs, RFI''s, H&amp;S etc.      Rate is Outside IR35 paid LTdD up to -550 a day, Depending on experience            Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
