Site Agent

We have an exciting opportunity for a Freelance Sub or Site Agent to work on a rail station upgrade Project in Cardiff, Wales for 2-3 years

As a Sub / Site Agent you will be working on Civils, with Buildings/Architecture, & MEP elements

Duties will include:

• Managing Section Engineers and 50% subcontractor management, 50% Self delivery
• Planning, forecasting and delivering work
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders
• Developing programmes, Risk assessments, Quality assurance.
• Managing design, NCRs, RFI''s, H&S etc.

Rate is Outside IR35 paid LTdD up to -550 a day, Depending on experience
