Project Manager - Civils and StructuresLocation: Suffolk / Norfolk, with travel across the Norfolk FrameworkRate: Up to 450 per day CISRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of civils and structural works across a major Norfolk framework.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring safe, efficient, compliant, and high-quality delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as Project Lead across framework projects.Oversee the delivery of civils and structural works, including drainage, reinforced concrete (RC), and bridge works.Manage project programmes, budgets, resources, and delivery targets.Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships through effective communication.Provide regular project progress and performance reporting.Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.Support commercial teams with cost control, change management, and variations.Ensure projects are delivered to programme, budget, and required quality standards.Key RequirementsMinimum 10 years'' experience in civil engineering, preferably within a Tier 2 contractor environment.Degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering.Strong background in drainage, reinforced concrete, and ..... full job details .....
