Site Agent

Pinnacle Recruitment are looking for a driven Site Agent to join a major water infrastructure programme across Poole, Bournemouth and South Dorset. You will take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from initial planning and design through to construction, commissioning and handover. Working closely with the project, engineering and commercial teams, you will ensure schemes are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. Projects will include water and wastewater treatment upgrades, network improvements, flood resilience schemes and wider environmental infrastructure works. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day delivery of civil engineering and water infrastructure projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and within budget Coordinate site teams, Site Engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to maintain productivity and meet programme milestones. Work collaboratively with design and commercial teams to identify efficiencies, manage project risks and resolve technical issues. Oversee health, safety, quality and environmental compliance, ensuring all works follow approved RAMS and project specifications. Manage site-level procurement, materials, plant and subcontractor logistics to ensure resources are available when required.
